Rotary and the Birthing Kit Foundation

Membership:

Membership is open to individuals and to groups. To become a member simply download, complete and return the attached membership application form. Please nominate your method of payment for membership of $25 for individuals and $60 for corporate membership.

Donations to the Foundation

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY OF DONATIONS

The National Foundation for Australian Women (NFAW) has given permission for the Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia) to use their organization to achieve tax deductibility for donations for the Birthing Kit Project.

The Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia) has established a “Birthing Kit Foundation Preferred Donor Fund” with NFAW.

As the Foundation now administers the Birthing Kit Project, buying all the contents and paying all the transport costs, we are now directing all donations to NFAW to the Birthing Kit Foundation Preferred Donor Fund.

This process that will allow tax deductibility of donations to the Birthing Kit Project.

All cheques must be addressed to NFAW

Donor Form (select to download):

• Each donor completes their details so that a receipt can be posted.
• The cheque is then stapled to the Donor Form and is posted to NFAW
• A photocopy of the Donor form is posted to the Birthing Kit Foundation (Aust)  Treasurer

We pay an administration fee of 7% to NFAW and they in return will forward receipts to each donor and deposit funds in the Birthing Kit Foundation Preferred Donor Fund.
