Returns and Exchange Policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase please return it within 28 days with the receipt for a prompt refund or exchange.
It is integral to our organisation that every customer is satisfied with their quality purchase from Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia). We encourage you to write a brief explanation for the return of your order on the reverse of your receipt.
Sale stock returns
Please note that change of mind returns need to be returned to us in a re-sellable condition and that we do not accept returns or exchange of sale stock.

If the goods that you have purchased are faulty in any way, or have not reached you in perfect condition please telephone Margaret Parsons on 08 8278 6045 to discuss appropriate arrangements of return of stock and re-imbursement of postage.

Credit cards
For ease and convenience, why not pay by credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard. By paying with credit card you also help reduce our administration costs.
Cheques and Money Orders
We also accept cheques and money orders. Please make all cheques payable to Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia) and post with your order to:

Postage and Handling
Postage and Handling charges cover orders to all regions of Australia.
Add 10% of subtotal. Minimum $6.50 Maximum $20.
Delivery
Birthing Kit Foundation (Australia aims to satisfy every customer by delivering your order quickly and efficiently. Please allow 15 working days for your delivery.
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, Australia Post will leave a calling card for you to pick the parcel up from your local post office.
We deliver Australia wide, but do not deliver to overseas addresses.
